- Dog breed and number of dogs
- Message (optional)
2. Purpose of Use
- Responding to inquiries and providing information about your stay
- Aggregating trends in accepted dogs (breed, number) for internal reference
We do not use this information for any other purpose. We do not share it with third parties or use it for marketing.
3. Retention Period
Inquiry information is retained for a certain period after the matter is resolved, and then deleted. We will honor a request for deletion from you at any point during that retention period.
4. Where Data Is Stored
Information you submit is stored on cloud services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Their data centers may be located outside Japan. Cloudflare is contractually prohibited from accessing the content of stored data, and applies safeguards such as encryption in transit and at rest and restricted access.
5. Security Measures
- All communication is encrypted via HTTPS
- Access is restricted to the operator only (authenticated via Cloudflare Access)
- No file upload feature is provided
